House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) Swift 2nd Charge Top Up!

Swift funds of £40,000 were arranged for a Borrower within the week with a 2nd Charge Bridging Loan.
The funds were used to extend a kitchen into a redundant space in the garden under permitted development rights (PDR) so that the property could be more useable as an HMO/Breakfast Room.
The property already had a 1st legal charge with a lender so rather than disturb this we arranged a 2nd charge Bridging Loan so that the works could get completed.
When the property is finished the 1st legal charge provider will re-inspect the completed project and arrange a further advance for the borrower to repay and exit the Bridging Loan.
